Damage Claims:
All merchandise is packed carefully before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged goods or losses to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Henson Motor Sports will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Any damaged parts must be reported to Henson immediately. Do not install damaged parts on vehicle, if parts are installed we cannot be responsible and no return will be possible.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions.

Promotions & Special Discounts:
From time to time, Henson Motor Sports may offer special promotional discounts to customers via direct mail, electronic mail, or packaging inserts. Customers may redeem discounts at time of purchase only.

Refused Orders:
Any shipment "refused" for any reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all applicable freight charges.

Restocking Fees:
There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for all returned parts. Additional fees may apply if parts are not returned in like-new "sellable" condition.

Returns:
If you need to return a part contact Henson Motors at 800-530-5337 to obtain an RMA number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless return is the result of a defective part. No returns after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Security:
If using a public computer remember to close the browser completely, this will clear all session information. Henson Motor Sports uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption when processing your order, which is the highest level of protection available.

Shipping:
Henson Motor Sports has established FedEx rates applicable to the United States, and flat rate shipping on some items. These charges are applicable to the continental United States ONLY. Please call 800-530-5337 or 936-348-3618 for shipments to HI, AK, PR or any International destination. Most orders are shipped FedEx or UPS, larger items are shipped via a freight carrier of discretion. Orders are processed M-F, 8AM-5PM CST.

Special Orders:
Special Orders are Non-Refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Taxes:
Henson Motor Sports will add the current sales tax rate for all products shipped inside Texas.

Warranties:
Original Equipment (OE) Mopar parts and most Mopar accessories are warranted for 12 month or 12,000 miles. Mopar Performance products carry absolutely no warranty whatsoever. After market performance parts typically have warranties against defects in material or workmanship, but not from normal wear and tear.
